Community Service 
There are a variety of organizations that use our building to build a better world and serve the common good. We believe is it part of our community service to make space available for this purpose!


  • Yellow Ribbon Suicide Prevention Program
  • MOMS Club -- Just because you're a stay-at-home mom doesn't mean you always have to stay at home! Visit their website for more information and meeting times:

Upper New York Conference of the UMC

  • Handy Man Ministry
  • Girl and Boy Scouts use our facility, weekly! 
  • AA and NA meet in our building weekly
  • Together in Christ (TIC) Community Christmas Dinner:  Together In Christ is a group of representatives from all of the local churches in the Newark Community.  We host dinner!
  • Finger Lakes Parenting  Network, Inc. uses our building to meet and build strong relationships.
  • Supervised visitation: for parents who visits with their children must supervised, we offer a safe harbor.
  • AND within our faith community our service includes:
  • Nomads are volunteers who take a trailer and go where help is needed!
  • United Methodist Women(this will be a link to their page)
  • Lunches at Emmanuel UMC - We help cook and serve free lunch each week.
  • DeMay Living Center - In addition to help leading worship, we have vistitation volunteers. 
  • Caring and Sharing - Cards, prayers, gift bags of personal items are provided for Hannick Hall's women in need overcoming addiction.
  • Hospital - You will often find our members volunteering at the information area.
